וילת אירוח מרווחת במראה אלגנטי, חמים ואינטימי, הבנויה על שתי  קומות ומאובזרת במרפסת גג רחבה הצופה אל נוף פנוראמי אל עבר הרי הגולן והחרמון. מתחם הגג מכיל בריכת שחיה גדולה, מחוממת ומקורה בחורף, פינת בר-בי-קיו ופינות ישיבה לתצפית על הנוף. בנוסף לשטח הגג, הווילה מצוידת במרפסת נוף נוספת, הבנויה כפרגולה חשמלית, אשר מכילה שולחן ביליארד איכותי. הווילה מורכבת מסוויטת הורים מרווחת  ושלושה חדרי שינה נוספים ומתחם משותף עם סלון אלגנטי ומרשים מול מסך טלוויזיה ענק, פינת אוכל רחבת ידיים, ספות נוחות מול מסך טלוויזיה ענק, ומטבח מאובזר, המתאים לבישול והגשת הארוחות.
