High up in the old city stands a 320 years old, restored building that functions today as the Boutique Hotel Habayit Ba'Atika ("The House in the old City").

The house is located at the center of the artists' colony and is surrounded by the Old City and the antique and famous synagogues of Zefat.

The hotel contains elements of the history of old Zefat and of the jewish people.
