On a large terrace is located the private spa complex which includes: a heated and covered swimming pool, a spa jacuzzi and a sauna, in complete privacy.

The bedroom is equipped with a padded orthopedic bed, in front of a TV screen. The private, large balcony is built of wood and has a private double soft tub on it.
