The villa building is located in a private and isolated complex and is built on two levels that contain three
Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the villa is a covered, especially spacious view terrace, in which there is a heated swimming pool, and next to it - an outdoor kitchen, a stone stove and a comfortable and luxurious seating area. Below the entrance to the villa, near the staircase, you will find an intimate pergola with a dining table, covered with a green vine.
It is important to note that the pool here is not only particularly large, but also fenced and safe - an important detail for families with small children.
The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and stands in front of a 55-inch TV screen, which offers you about 150 channels.
