מתחם נופש מודרני ויוקרתי המשמש כווילת נופש או סוויטות בוטיק פרטיות 

מתחם נופש מודרני וחדיש המשמש כווילת אירוח עם שלוש סוויטות שינה מעוצבות או כמתחם צימרים עם 3 סוויטות פרטיות ומבודדות. ניתן כאמור, לשכור את המתחם  או להזמין בו סוויטה פרטית. מבנה האירוח מכיל שלוש סוויטות שינה, סלון מעוצב ומטבח מלא המאובזר להכנת הארוחות – שניהם שייכים לכל האורחים כאשר המתחם מושכר בתור ווילה או מצורפים לסוויטה הגדולה BLACK AND WHITE , כאשר המתחם משמש כצימר. מתחם החוץ  המשותף מציע  בריכת שחיה יוקרתית עם מתקן ג'קוזי ספא מובנה, פרגולת אירוח, בר מעוצב ושלל פינות ישיבה נינוחות.

 כאשר המתחם משמש כמתחם הצימרים, לכל סוויטה – כניסה אישית, חניה משלה ותנאיי פרטיות מלאים. חללי הסוויטות מעוטרים בקיר חלונות ענק, הנפתח אל שטח החצר הפרטית עם פינות ישיבה ומתקני ג'קוזי ענק (בסוויטות BLACK/WHITE). הסוויטה השלישית, BLACK AND WHITE, גדולה במיוחד, מורכבת מחלל השינה, סלון אירוח, מטבח וחצר פרטית עם פינות ישיבה. בנוסף לעיצוב פנים מודרני, צעיר ואופנתי, מצטיין המתחם במפרט מולטימדיה מרשים -  וידאו וואל – קיר מסכים ענק, הממוקם בסלון אירוח של הווילה (או כחלק מהסוויטה הגדולה) הנצפה היטב גם משטח הבריכה. בחללי הסוויטות ימצאו האורחים מיטה אורתופדית גדולה במיוחד, מסך טלוויזיה, מקרר ופינת קפה וחדר רחצה צמוד.
